Employee assignment calendars
Every employee has a personal calendar showing their assignments. They can check it anytime and get notified as soon as new work is added.
GPS check-ins
Employees check in with one tap, sending the manager a pinned map location as proof they arrived. Sermo can remind them when an assignment is about to start.
Time tracking
Employees clock in and out for hourly work. Managers get accurate timesheets that can be emailed or downloaded for review.

Managers invite employees with a link. Employees click it, enter their name and preferred language, and join the company workspace.

The assistant is built like a command center. A manager can type a normal sentence, Sermo resolves the employee, date, group, or workflow, and the app performs the action. If something is ambiguous, Sermo asks a short follow-up before it changes anything.
